What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with the product for any reason we offer exchanges, store credit and full refunds.

For exchanges; when we receive the item you are returning we will ship out the new order and refund or charge the difference to your original payment method. 

For store credit; we offer 110% of your purchase back in store credit with shipping paid by Growganix.

For refunds; send back the item(s) and pay for shipping, then we will credit 100% of the cost of item(s) back to your original payment method.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer Standard (3-7 business day) and Priority Mail (1-3  business days.) All orders received Monday through Saturday by 2 pm eastern time will be shipped out that same. 

How do I make sure I order the correct size?

Verify that the product dimensions listed under each product will work according to your current and/or planned grow set-up. For indoor tent growers, please note that our saucers diameters are a tad wider than average to ensure the standard non-woven pot fits inside comfortably.

Are the crops used in your jute, bamboo & coco coir products organic?

No they do not have the certifications to be organic. However jute, bamboo and coconut trees are all grown without the use of pesticides, herbicides or insecticides. That being said our products are 100% natural.

When will I receive my order?

Please check your orders tracking number which will be provided via email.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not currently. For interest in large international orders please inquire through our contact form.

What do I do if I receive a defective order?

We will be happy to offer a refund or an exchange for a new item with shipping paid for by us. In the event you do receive a defective order please contact support via ganixhelp@gmail.comwith “defective product” in the subject line.
