What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with the product for any reason we offer exchanges, store credit and full refunds.
For exchanges; when we receive the item you are returning we will ship out the new order and refund or charge the difference to your original payment method.
For store credit; we offer 110% of your purchase back in store credit with shipping paid by Growganix.
For refunds; send back the item(s) and pay for shipping, then we will credit 100% of the cost of item(s) back to your original payment method.
What are the shipping options?
We offer Standard (3-7 business day) and Priority Mail (1-3 business days.) All orders received Monday through Saturday by 2 pm eastern time will be shipped out same day.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not currently. For interest in large international orders please inquire through our contact form.
When will I receive my order?
Please check your orders tracking number which will be provided via email.
What do I do if I receive a defective order?
We will be happy to offer a refund or exchange for a new item with shipping paid for by us. In the event you do receive a defective order please contact support via ganixhelp@gmail.com with “defective product” in the subject line.
How do I make sure to order the correct size?
Make sure to check that the product dimensions listed for each item will fit in your current or planned grow set-up. Dimensions are located at the bottom of product listings. If you're growing in a grow tent, keep in mind that our saucers are a bit wider than usual to accommodate standard non-woven pots comfortably.
Are the crops used in your jute, bamboo & coco coir products organic?
No, they do not have the certifications to be considered organic. However, our jute, bamboo, and coconut trees are all grown without the use of pesticides, herbicides, or insecticides. This means that our products are 100% natural, and our suppliers do not use any synthetic materials like pesticides, herbicides, or insecticides.
